SECURITY SUPERVISOR

A security supervisor oversees the security guards who protect the private property property against theft and vandalism.    He takes instruction from Security officer and delegate the duties to Secuity guards.   He does his daily reporting to the Security officer.

Each supervisor training course is taught as a tutorial and is available online. In addition, supervisors receive four policy-oriented courses in human resources and risk management. The Certified Security Supervisor training program is designed to support the lead officer and supervisor by providing the necessary skills and knowledge to lead a team of security Guards.  The training in the Supervisor Development Path can be tailored to fit the individual requirements of the client.
